i landed in canada as pr in 2004 i was 13 years old at that time
i stayed in Canada around 60 days then i went back to my country then i came back to canada in 2007 i stayed also for around 60 days then i went back again to my country at the end i came back to canada on
2009/08/28 my pr expired on 2009/09/06
and i am still in canada until today 2010/11/07
My question is what can I do now i want to renew my pr is it possible or do i need to stay here forever ?
You will be able to apply for a new PR card once you have met the PR residency obligation. This means that you will be able to apply once you have physically lived in Canada for 2 out of the last five years.
dont ever apply know becoz you will bring their attention that your pr is expired and they will revoke it .so waite until 2 years of residency then apply
if i may ask you a question when you returned last year just before the card expired , didnt they ask you at the portal of entry fulfilled your residency or not?? and if what did you tell them ?

when i returned
they didn't want to let me in at all
i stayed at the airport for around 10 hours and i said that it wasn't my choice my parents didn't want to sand me here and i collected the money for the airplane ticket by myself then they said ok they gave me a paper and they wrote my story on it and i got it signed by one of them and they said go to the immigration office but they didn't tell me why
that's why i didn't go to the immigration yet
