Does anyone know if the Test d'Evaluation de Français exam is held worldwide? And is it possible to take the DELF exam instead of TEF (to get some points from one's French language knowledge)?

Hi all, I have sit for TEF exam recently, and have the TEF MANUAL as well as some sample TEF sample questions which I have downloaded from Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP) website. If someone is interested to receive them, and doesn't have time to go and search for them by himself, send me a message and I can email them to him/her.
Hi,
Can you tell me where did you prep for TEF Examination
Thnx
