Hi am 4 months pregnant and I'm working as temporary work permit .. Can I deliver my baby her can he / she become Canadian citizen already ..

Yes anyone born on Canadian soil will be Canadian citizen no matter what their parents status is.

That's actually inaccurate. If the parents are foreign representatives (e.g. diplomats) then the child will not get Canadian citizenship.

1. If neither you nor the father is a diplomat, then the child will be a Canadian citizen.
