Hi guys,
I received CIC request for my passport, it stated that i have to send it to them within 30 days.
Currently I am here in Illinois, USA legally admitted with Visitor's Visa and I have my return Flight to Philippines on November 27, 2018, I am just confused if where will I sent my passport with the 3 options indicated in their website.
Option 1:
Submit your passport by courier to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa, Ontario
Option 2:
Submit your passport by courier to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) in New York
Option 3:
Submit your passport by courier to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Los Angeles
And how long it will take before they will sent back my passport?
I am planning to go in Canada on the last week of October and I'll be back here in USA on first week of November because my return Flight to Philippine will be here in USA.
Thank you so much

Your intended visit to Canada as well as your flight back to the Philippines are well after the 30 days submission request for your passport.
You have the option to submit your passport to CSC/VAC in NY (would take about 10-15 days) or to CPC-Ottawa (about a week). Do follow the instructions closely for passport submission
Thank you so much bryanna, so you mean submitting my passport to CPC-Ottawa is much faster than to CSC/VAC in NY? I am just a little bit worried because I read some of the previous forum and for other it took 45-60 days before they recieved their passport.

Not sure why you're worried. You have plenty of time whether it is your visit to Canada or your return flight back to the Philippines

I am worried because I read a lot of forum that they received their passport after a couple of months. By the way thank you for all the info. God Bless

I guess you're mistaken. Almost everyone gets their passports back within a couple of weeks max. after passport submission.
You probably misread the posts that mentioned 'a couple of months'. Those posts probably referred to the time taken for the entire process from submitting applications to getting the stamped passports back
HELP! I forgot to include the completed pre-paid FedEx online shipping label for the return of my passport and the completed commercial invoice in order to allow parcels to pass through customs authorities (this will be produced as part of the FedEx online shipping label).
How can I sent it to them or rather will they request this thru mail?
Thank you
@Bryanna

Your wife's application is presently being actively reviewed. She could expect a decision soon.
The email you received is a standard one that's sent out to applicants after 30 days
