Good day,

I am trying to find some additional information related to the new public policy released in April 2021 for granting permanent residency to 90K temporary residents in Canada.
1) Where can I find the application package for this criteria.
2) Does completing a 1 year certificate program in a non DLI be considered as Canadian education?

1) No application package release to date.
2) I don't think you are eligible: Have completed, prior to the date on which the application for permanent residence is received and no earlier than January 2017, a program of study at one of the following “Designated Learning Institutions” in Canada as defined in section 211.1 of the Regulations:
