My lawyer also told me that she would contact the Embassy on 3rd Dec. She want to give 1 more week of processing time after they receive my passports on Saturday.
Dont know what will happen.
I have included an ARAMAX return AWB also this time.. Will try to check with that.

good so the process resumed again

My lawyer is going to send an inquiry on 3rd Dec to the Embassy. If possible you also send your inquiry on 3rd dec (Monday) only. hope both would get some positive responses

I have got an email from the embassy today as follow:

Dear Applicant

Your applications have been finalized and your package has been sent out via Aramex AWB#XXXXX.

I contacted Aramex and i will go now to collect the package.

I hope it is the visa.
