I am applying through Buffalo (FSW - International student).
I have part time continous work exp. in my home country but I cant provide any papers other that the reference letter stating my duties, my salary and the period.
What should I do if CIC requested Tax Return paper?? I didnt submit any taxes while I was working.
Do you think the reference letter will be enough and what I should do if they asked for Tax returns?
CHC Buffalo or whatever. TAX papers shows that you were an obedient tax payer for what you have earned during your jobs. You can however file a lawsuit agaisnt the Tax Registration authority to give a tax record paper. Tax paper is a huge supprot showing your sincerity and truthfullness regarding your job history and salary.
I differ with jnathan, sorry. It ABSOLUTELY matters which visa office because they request different documentary evidence. I might have to start quoting PMM here, "when all else fails..."
Funny, when I search it I see nothing about tax documents, so I'm not sure where you got the idea that it was an issue.
They (CIC-Buffalo) don't as a rule ask for tax papers, unless there is something suspicious (your letters of reference do not seem genuine, etc.) or you need them to prove self-employment experience.
