Can anyone suggest how can i get my tax returns for past years? I have quit my job too. As per my understanding, for claiming the experience points we need to show tax return, they dont accept experience letters from your company.

As far as experience letters are verified and the visa officer is satisfied, it will work. Otherwise, the visa officer may require further documents like salary slips, appointment letter/contract, promotion letter/order, statement of salary bank account etc.
In my opinion, the income tax return is not compulsory. However, as per tax laws of Pakistan, the employer must submit data of each employee with his name, CNIC/NTN, gross salary, tax deducted, salary month etc. This will be the return of your Company. You have to submit your return on you own by creating your account in FBR portal and declaring your gross salary income for the year and tax already deducted and deposited by your employer.
