Hmmm seems like Sydney has less staff so only all stuck in same stage almost !!! Yeah hopefully by august or before if lucky !!

My background check has finally completed and got portal 1 email.

I also had a ghost update on April 19.

Hopefully Sydney will pick up security for the rest of you guys too.

Did you have Background Verification In Progress record in the Tracker Application History? Or just a record saying Background Verification Completed?

Yeah had it in progress ever since I got access to the portal. I called IRCC 2 weeks ago and said security hasn’t started yet at that time.

How do you know that someone is in security screening, based on what you see on the tracker ? Just wanted to check as you seem to have done some analysis on how things get displayed on tracker /GC Key when someone is in security screening. Please share. Thanks.
