Can tell what number to call? I am calling this number (+1 888 242 2100) for CIO and the system is always asking for application number. I don't even know if application was recieved and don't have application number.

I was in RR for job duties...the did not ask for any additional documents regarding my job but the did request re-meds & then sent PPR.
