Thank you Emma! I emailed them and they replied the next day..
"Please be advised that your application is at the final stage of processing. Once an officer has made a decision on your file you will be notified."

I made sure to include the following details in my email:
- Principal applicant name
- UCI number
- Application number
- Date of birth

Thanks for sharing your experience, I wrote them a word, hope they respond...

I was not able to know that what does that mean. Can you please tell that what is the status of Eligibility in this case ?

I mailed Erin but that was before elections... anybody can email an MP... But now his office is dissolved and he is not replying ( thats what I have heard from others ).
