PPR came to email, no updates in GCKey.
Throughout my wait I contacted IRCC dozen times, also contacted MP, Minister Of Immigration and finally PM.
From ATIP notes I ordered, the application wasn't being processed up until August 2019 (almost 1 year from AOR).
Now I need to send my passport and the passports of my family members to Ottawa for visa attachment.
I hope my reports on this forum were helpful and I wish every one of you get their PPR asap.

Just had a talk with an agent. All passed! Now waiting to get an email! The agent also informed that most likely my medical will be extended since I am living in Canada. Patience is without any doubt a virtue here!
Just called IRCC, they confirmed that my eligibility is now passed and security is in progress, prior to the GU eligibility was met and security was not started and remained that way for over 6 month till today.
