Hi everyone,
is there any way to contact Sydney office directly so I don't have to go through IRCC call center. I'm approaching 12 months of processing and my file is in Nova Scotia.
Thank you
Whoever stuck in Sydney. use cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca email to get in touch with them. Somehow, I was able to get a reply from them. It took over a month though to hear back from them though. Not that the reply has anything important in it, but at least it is a common inbox for the Sydney Office and getting reply from them means someone from the office has heard your concern. Again this only means someone from the office has heard you that does not mean Officer has put their hands on your application.
Agent on the call confirmed that the email was received and office has responded to it. She was nice enough to know that Sydney has the highest cases for delays and they are aware of it, but nothing can be done there.

Hi my application is at Sydney office. It's in Ip2 since 30th Jan. November 25th AOR.
When I called two days back, they said Eligibility is Met, Criminality is Passed and Security has not started. Wondering what timeline to expect? I've heard Sydney is very slow.
No movement since! I called 1st March and got the same status. Security has not started yet. I guess the queues are getting longer at Sydney. What is your exact timeline? Have you called them or ordered notes?
