I submitted my full application to Buffalo this week. After I sent it off, I read the letter I initially received from Sydney, which said I should include a copy of that letter with my submission to Buffalo. Since I was so focused on including everything on the Buffalo checklist (which doesn't mention the letter), I omitted a copy of the Sydney letter. Is it too late to send it? Should I worry about it?
go and mail a copy of it right now to the visa office. they will certainly look for it. don't wait for them to return your file. write a short letter why you've missed to send it with the docs. we're only human. i'm sure they will understand.

Thanks for your advice, everyone. I did include the file number on the cover letter and several other documents. Plus, I enclosed the receipt I got from Sydney showing that I paid the application fee.
I'm leaving the country for a few weeks and wonder whether I should drive it up to Buffalo tomorrow, or just send it overnight so that it would get there Monday. Any thoughts?
