Surname positioning problem

hello, i am applying for fsw 2014 and i have a confusion regarding my wife name in the passport, her name is Kamrunnahar Shila, she do not have any surname. so when passport was created Kamrunnahar was given in the surname as it cant be kept blank, but when the name was printed in the passport it became Shila Kamrunnahar.

In all her certificate it is Kamrunnahar Shila, so i am worried if my application will be rejected for this. Any suggestion will be helpful
