I have to reissue my passport after marriage. In my marriage certificate there is no surname whereas in my passport it is mentioned. Do I need to remove my surname in Passport as well or it is fine? Do I need to provide any document/Affidavit for this.
Secondly, Since my husband's name doesn't include his surname, so do I need to change all my official documents (Adhar card, pan card, passbook etc.) in order to remove my surname too? Is it a good option?
If I keep my surname in the passport, while my husband didn't have any surname in his documents or passport, will we face any issues during immigration process for Canada?
