I just got my PR card, my brother (also PR) and I would like to sponsor our parents (dad 65yrs old, mom 55yrs old)to come here to Canada through the supervisa and eventually stay here permanently. My brother and I make together about $120 thousand a year, I understand the supervisa lasts 2 years and can be renewed for up to 10 years. Will there ever be a chance for us to sponsor them permanently after the 24 months of sponsorship suspension?
Also, what are the fees for the supervisa, I found the info at the cic website a bit confusing, for my two parents in this case if we want the super visa with multiple entries, will the fee be $150 each?
Yes it's possible there will be a chance to sponsor them, but that would be once a family sponsorship system (other than spousal) has been restored and will have nothing to do with the fact that they have a super-visa. No, they won't be covered, you'll have to get them some third-party medical coverage.
