I am confused to apply for TRV because I heard there is high possibility to get rejected. What paper you submitted for your in-laws for TRV visa?
Can you please share.
Should we send a photocopy od NOA, T4 and original invitation? or that should be notarized?
what insurance papers we need to submit as proof?

Can I apply for a supervisa for my mother in law? Me and my wife are PR and living in Canada. My income is more that LICO but my wife is student and doesn't meet the income requirements. Should I invite her or my wife should? But if she invites the income requirement will not met. Can we write an invitation letter by both of us?
Whatever way you buy the insurance (online or through a broker etc.); you will get policy confirmation, payment receipt, policy wording in your email. You can print as many copies as you want. They are all considered "original".

Well, although my mom got it back in 2012; she stayed only for 3 months first time. And now, she has been with us again since Non 1, 2014. So, we really didn't have to use it.
GMS is normally a bit cheaper.

My Mom is coming to visit us next week with TRV. It is not a super visa. I would like to buy a one way ticket. Is there any problem with the immigration for not having a return ticket? The travel agencies are not encouraging and they are pushing to buy the return ticket. The reason for buying one way is my mom can't travel alone and we have to find out someone to accompany her for her return trip and I want to have an open option so that we can make the arrangement.

I had same question when my mom came on Super Visa to stay for 2 years last November. Travel agencies in Bangladesh will not sell 1-way ticket to Visitors. And I also heard that Immigration at Dhaka Airport can also prohibit travelers to board when your're visiting with 1-way ticket. I don't think it will matter once you're in Canada though.
I would advise you to find authentic info on this from Bangladesh if you choose to buy 1-way ticket.
