We won’t respond to any other inquiries.", the thing is that we are not her immediate family member nor living in Canada temporary. Do you think they will still answer me?

Yes, you'll most likely get a refusal or they won't respond. However this is your only option apart from waiting for the travel restrictions to be lifted. No harm in trying.

Anyone aware if Supervisa's are getting processed as of now.....
I applied in Mar2020...Biometric was done, and then Lockdown happened.....Sep2020 - medical request came aftr we sent email to them.....since then no update....
is VFS INDIA open ??
anyone is the same boat ???

Yes they are still being processed. VFS India is still closed. Has your mother already done biometrics for another application?

Biometric done in March... medical on sep 23rd...
but if VFS is closed nothing can be processed... or is it that vfs is closed for new applicants and not for ones already in process ??

So there has been some progress if you go the request for medical and did the medical. Application can still be processed. Biometrics and passport stamping can’t without VFS being open.
