Supervisa after further medical request

Hi. Im planning to apply for my parents supervisa soon. Any one have experience with how long they were permitted to stay the first time on entry? @sngr09 What was the time period stamped on your mom's visa when she arrived? (congratulations btw )

Quite honestly, I'm not too sure how this suggestion will work considering your mom is close to retirement + a leave approval letter establishes the employment tie.

Another suggestion:
1. Include the leave approval letter letter from her employer (for seven months approved leave?).

2. Include evidence of the post-retirement benefits that she is entitled to = She must return home.... But, do not directly mention her retirement

Medicals passed : March 8, 2019
PPR :March 9, 2019
Visa approved and online account update: March 18, 2019
Passport in hand: March 19, 2019

I had a concern that I just provided the invitation letter in which I mentioned about taking care of her expenses and did not include the separate financial support letter during her stay.. is it fine or Its must to submit separate financial support letter. Also, after how much time she will get request for medicals ?? will really appreciate if you revert

The Super Visa stamp cannot be issued past the date of passport expiry. That does not automatically mean they will receive the full 10 year Super Visa though. The Officer stamping can do less than 10 years at their discretion.

It's okay if your invitation letter states you will financially support her stay. Hope you have included evidence that you meet LICO.

It's anyone's guess when she will get requests for medicals

Hai i need urgent help about super visa application. I applied my mom in law supervisa application online on march 16 2019 i got biometric request next day . I did upfront medical on march 27 2019 after submitting application online .Panel physician sent emedical report to ircc .Do i have to sent the proof of upfront medical or it is okay that report is sent through emedical i dont have to wory about that .if yes where can i upload the emedical sheet .please do reply me

My Mom and Dad submitted their paper-based super visa application on 19th March'19. They gave the biometric right-away during the file submission. They have been requested for medical on 28th which they did on 30th March. The online status has been updated to medical passed on 3rd April. Do you guys happen to know how long it may take to complete background checks and issue visa? Is there any possibility of getting rejected at this point?

Any information will be highly appreciated.

Never Mind, my parents got approved already. Here is the timeline-
03/19/19 --- Paper based application submitted along with biometric
03/28/19 --- Received Medical Request
03/30/19 --- Medical done
04/02/19 --- Status changed to Medical passed
04/04/19 --- Status changed to approved and sent the passport to VAC

My parents applied from Bangladesh.

Congrats on your parents approval and quick processing time! My parents SV application is still showing in progress after 2 weeks. We did medicals up front and it still hasn't updated to passed or failed. Even though my father received an email for further testing.

Medicals are part of the standard process for super visas. A request does not indicate anything

Normally visa officers go through the application and they donot find anything wrong, then go for medicals and all.
