Supervisa 2021 medical and biometrics

Hi. I'm applying for my parents supervisa. Since there's no panel physician for the medical in my country, I was thinking of doing their medical after submitting the application. Does the request for biometrics and medical come at the same time? I read in most of the posts that it is sent the day after submitting an application and has a 30-day deadline. The timeline is really important since I have to plan a trip to accompany my parents to another country to get both of these done. I appreciate any info that you might have.
