Upfront medical for supervisa in punjab, india

Hi guys, I have a question regarding upfront medical appointment for supervisa, my parents called a panel physician for an appointment and he advised that I have to book an appointment for my parents from here, I don't see any option for online appointment

Can you guys please advice me how to book a upfront medical and what documents my parents need for medical ? do they need any letter or do I have to book an appointment

They can book the appointment with any panel authorized by IRCC via Phone /By physically visiting them .

Your parents need to carry Original Passport ,No photo needed (if the doctor is e-medical enabled) else they need to carry there Pictures also , so please check with them , UCI numbers (if they have issued any kind of visa in previous by Canada) , Name of medicine (if they are taking any) That's it
