i have a super Mom visa for Canada. Can I work here with this visa? Will I be able to open up a bank account? Am I eligible for a driver's license?
 
No - you can't work. Working on a super visa is illegal.

You should be able to open a bank account. However you may have to visit a few branches before you find one that is willing to do this without you having a social insurance number.

Yes - you can get a driver's license.
