No, not at all where you work this a no impact on your parents super visa application as long as you meet the minimum income threshold

Print the passport request letter alongwith passport and bring it your nearest VFS/VAC they will send your passport to IRCC

I can't see anything regarding medical. The last message I can see is biometric. Any idea how much time it will take them to upload.

i should take some where around a week to two weeks and your status will change on mycic to medical has passed
