Yes she is in Pakistan. I have contacted on the numbers that are in the link you provided above.
Finally, the appointment is taken. It's on 6th of Feb. I was following the wrong procedure first and it took like 15 days in that
Thanks again.
Also please guide me, what kind of medical would be there on the appointment day? Ammm.... Just kind of X-Rays or something else?

When I was getting medical appointment, they asked me to bring the address where you want to send the medical result/repor.
So whether they will send the results to Canadian high Commission by their own or they will give the results to me and than I will forward it?

Medical exam at Islamabad: Feb 4, 2013
They asked for an ECG, Blood glucose test and a urine test too. My mom is a diabetic. Also the IOM office at Islamabad is very less organized, so it took her nearly 6 hours to get all the stuff done.

Medical done at Lahore: Feb 6, 2013 (It took so long because I was following a wrong procedure for taking medical appointment of my mom but thanks to @Xaideez for guiding me well)
In medical, apart from the regular examination, they did one additional test for diabetes because my mom is recent diabetes patient. Even I told them that her diabetes is totally controlled but still they did one extra test for knowing her diabetes history of last 3 months.
Overall, medical went smooth and fine.
