New to this forum and I could not find an answer after searching this forum.
I submitted a Super Visa online application for my parents who are both holding Singapore Passports. Singapore is from a Visa Exempt country and at time of application after the questionnaire it shows Fees to pay $0. I could submit the application as well without being sent for payment.
After couple of days, I get a message requesting to pay the processing fee, which I already have $100 per application.
My question is, the online system shows $0 fees to be paid. Does anyone know if there are processing fees for Visa Exempt countries for the Super Visa?

For parents and grandparents from visa-exempt countries
Parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents from a country whose citizens are not required to have a visa to enter Canada are also eligible to enjoy the Super Visa’s authorized stay of two years. They may apply at a Canadian visa office (no fee required)
