Hello Everyone,

I'm helping someone with their super visa application from visa-exempt country. Hope someone can shed some light on our process.

Application received July 22, 2020.
Request to pay Fees (Application+Biometrics) Aug 21, 2020. Apparently it is being processed in Turkey.

Our online application originally had fees at $0.
This person is a citizen of Israel, I thought they would be exempt from biometrics? Do they still pay $100 for processing, even if they need an eTa later?

If I understand this process correctly, they (hopefully) receive POE Letter (which is valid for 12 month) and not an actual 10yr multi-entry visa. Does it mean that this person would need to go through this super-visa application every 2 yrs? Is this valid for one entry? Are trip interruptions allowed at all?

Thank you!
