Biometrics: 23 June (updated from current Visitor Visa - VV will expire in Oct 2024)
Medical: June 29, 2024 You passed the medical exam. (for Both)
Eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Background Check: We are processing your background check.
PPR: July 3, 2024 Received for both parents.

Both parents are currently living in India

WOW THATS GREAT usually it takes month to get PPR lucky you congratulations..

submitted file in April and got the PPR too but on this tracker still shows the same information at the initial stage in my situation it was noy useful and also i did apply visa through IRCC PORTAL and everything is updated there.

I have question please, I want to invite my parents on supervisa. I need just one application right? Maybe my dad as principal applicant and mom accompanying him. My dad have a GC key account created before. Do I need to fill a separate imms form for both or just one we do? Also, do I need to create gc key account for mom or dad own will do?

Have they mentioned the reason as ' Not meeting min income cut off?

Exactly. That’s the only thing mentioned on the refusal paper.

No I couldn't since I have applied through IRCC Portal. https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en

Oh thought the tracker should still work despite applying from the portal. Did the same for my in laws in May.
But applied for my parents in July and its not working - throwing some details don't match or some such error.

I have the same issue with tracker. It was working in May and I can't sign up now for a application submitted in July.

Update: I received an email from IRCC confirming that supporting documents raised have been added to file. I had gotten upfront medical done and raised webform for the same.

This is what the mail from IRCC states “….
This is to confirm that the supporting documents you submitted were added to the file. While they may not be visible in the IRCC secure account or portal due to technical limitations, rest assured that the documents are available for officer review.



As of November 14, 2023, when you upload documents via the IRCC Web form, you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as they have been added to the file.”
