hello, my parents applied for super visa and they got passport request letter today but when i checked online portal its says final decision made however Eligibility review and background check in process..
please advise is it ok to submit passport request ? its must complete eligibility review done

Don't wait. Submit the passports. I think Eligibility and BGC will get completed only after they send the stamped passports back to you.
Yes, the eligibility and background checks are marked completed after stamping of the passport- the passport should be sent in with the original letter request

Thank you for all the info shared so far about your applications. I applied for my father early July 2024 and did the biometric early Aug. Since then, there has been no updates or letters whatsoever. From the application page, it appears that the last time they made an update was on Oct 4, 2024, which is already 5 months ago! It's so frustrating as the processing time has been way past their estimated time for Iranian residents. Do you guys happen to know whats happening and what I should do? I did submit webforms to request IRCC to provide updates but their email in response provides no additional information.
I'd appreciate any insight you may have to help us!

Our counterfoil update was on Feb 17. There was a ghost update on tracker on March 14. Eligibility review done on March 17.
