Received biometric validity letter today for both my parents. But, Biometric field is still showing in progress.

Received passport request for both today, does it mean their visa is approved?

Hey, I just mentioned that my parents will be bringing $15000 for the stay and I will be financially supporting them if needed. I did not really mentioned the exact amount but attached proofs that i have enough savings. I had about 10-15k in my account.

May I know if I complete the form for my parents as a representative , do I need to sign up the IRCC portal by using my name and email address or using my parents name and email address , thanks
