Same as you all, no updates, application dated July 13th and last date on tracker says Nov 5th This has screwed up all my plans big time.

Its second time date has been updated without any update. I am getting nervous about it now.

The last ghost update for us was Oct 4, 2024. 3 months and nothing.

I got my medical passed on oct 1 then ghost update on oct 11 then another ghost update on 23dec and last ghost update today

My ghost update was on Dec 23, 2024 but nothing happened after that. I am not sure if ghost update actually has any meaning.

Exactly when i applied for pr ghost update was followed by some updates here but i am not sure in super visa it means anything or no

I asked via web form for an update and got reply next day saying application is still in progress and they are not able to provide more information. You can try web form as well and see what they say. But most likely they won't tell you too much.

I have reached mp again. She gonna find application status on my behalf. Hopefully i can get some information in coming days.

My mother's application timeline:
Applied on July 02 2024
Biometrics - Already completed from last Super visa application was accepted, expired because passport expired.
Medical - No Instructions came till date.

No updates since day one of submission.

No Counterfoil generated still and passport did not come back. Don't know why taking so much time to stamp the visa.

There are only 4 visa officers stationed in India for now as most of them were expelled by the Indian govt and hence massive delays - The Embassy priority is servicing Canadian citizens in India , processing and issuing visas is low priority, especially after Trudeau messed up the Immigration sector in Canada
