I am bit of confusion. I want to apply for my mother in super visa category. Suddenly my mother has to go to Australia to visit my sister. I do not want to waste time.
Can I apply super visa from Australia , as my mother is Indian Citizen?
I would clarify this with Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am not a legal expert by any means but my understanding is that the application for a super visa has to be submitted in the country of origin. You also have the option of applying for a visitors visa and after your mother arrives in Canada to apply for a super visa while she is in Canada.
