I'm applying for Super visa for my parents. My brother lives in Australia with his family and I have no other siblings. (Australia is not my home country) My parents are planning to visit my brother in Australia from time to time.
Will this be a strong point to support "ties to home country" part in the super visa?

Thank you for your reply. They don't have a property under their name but they do have a car and GICs which I will include in the application.
But is it a good idea to include the intend to visit Australia? so the visa officer will know my parents will leave the country anyway and have no intent to overstay the 2 year period?

A car really isn't a strong proof of ties. Do they have anything else other than the GIC? Do they receive pension payment there? Do they have any businesses there?
I don't see the value in including the intended visit to Australia. It's just a temporary visit. They don't have permanent residency or citizenship there and can't stay long term. It's not a tie and I don't see how this helps to prove they have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
You need to focus on ties to their actual home country.

Do they have a lease agreement in their home country? That is better than nothing. You essentially have to prove that your parents have a home to return to because they are only visiting Canada.

Would submit the lease agreement. Do they care for elderly relatives? If so and they have proof that will also help. Include any form of proof that they will not be permanently moving to Canada and will return home.

Thanks for the advice . I will include the lease agreement. No they don’t care for any elderly relatives. Basically they are just by their own but they do have relatives.
