Yes.
But we were inviting in-laws for our wedding. Now we have postponed the wedding.
There is month left in the wedding and there has been no update.
So now we will wait for IRCC to respond and everything will follow after.

Yes. MP sent an enquiry and then told me that IRCC will take 10 business days to respond.
This Wednesday MP said, 10 business days will be Thursday afternoon (so yesterday).
He has not emailed me anything.
I am debating if I should send another follow up email to MP since it is Friday.
Also, I requested for GCMS notes.
Request submitted on 21 June.
30 business days will be August 3.
Honestly i do not think i will receive anything then either.
Everything is just so depressing at this point. Sorry if I am spreading negative news. lol
But I feel like I have tried everything in my power with no results.

Give the MP a call. They are here to serve you. When I requested my MP for an update they got it within a week. So call their office up and ask if they have received an update.
GCMS notes would take 35 days for sure.

There are no outstanding documents needed at this time.
This application is in progress at this time.
So if your MP gets the same information you would know where the file is at. Also try uploading a request letter through Webform informing of your marriage plan. Attach as many proofs as you can for the marriage like hotel bookings, Location bookings. Maybe the VO takes note of it.

So I had 2 refusal reasons - One was time frame and other was no LICO proof provided. Even though I did provide my pay slips, job letters and then once I filled my taxes, I sent through my NOA as well but still refused. I have re-applied again so lets see..
I am refusing your application.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• You did not provide proof of LICO
I am assuming it was because I put in 7 months so do not take my word on it.
Oh! I just read 2 comments who had written 2 and 3 months in the stay and still got a super visa. not sure what's happening with the cases. Did you meet LICO and bank balance stuff? How long have you been a PR for?
Would it work if your mom applies for the super visa, saying she will stay for 1 year and then if it is granted, later on she can say her travel plans changed so she can stay just 1 month but will stay for longer next time she comes again?
