Still confuse here and still here trying to complete paper works.
So my wife just became a PR in 2020, does not have NOA and no employment letter.
She was to sponsor her mother on super visa.
I will be able to provide my NOA and job info to meet low-income cut off.

Can we still go ahead with super visa for MIL as my wife does not have any income and no NOA?

Yes. Your wife needs to be the primary sponsor and you co-sign.

yes, I get that my wife will be providing invitation letter and I will provide a letter that states I will be financial support to meet low income cut off.
But my question is, my wife does not have NOA and no job letter, what should I do in that case, since it is required? How can I explain this?

Yes your MIL can apply for a supervisa. You would have to agree to be a co-signer. Suggest reading through the application instructions. Your MIL will still need to show her ties to the Ukraine, her own savings/assets and in general proof she will return home.

Your or your wife income togather considered as family income.

Hello

I changed my mind regarding supervisa

Reason is you need to buy insurance for 1 year when applying. It will cost you $1000 or more

It is a good idea to submit bank statement

If you have a job, you are fine

In my case we switched to regular TRV and got multiple one for 7 years till her passpirt expires

Let me know if you need help

You should still be purchasing travel medical insurance. If parents experience any medical emergency you can be responsible for bills of 10-100k easily if not substantially more in many cases.

Yes i agree with you

With supervisa you need to buy it when submitting application and not when travelling

Hi,
Just read this forum question about filing supervisa for in-laws. I am in a similar situation. My wife and I would like to bring her parents (my in laws) on supervisa here. She is a housewife ( unemployed) so no employment letter or pay stubs of hers is available, however, we did file her income tax return on zero salary and got NOA. Our household income (my income) can well cover for the LICO. Can she still sponsor her parents for supervisa(I will be co signer)? We got our PR in March 2022.
Did you/original poster ever get the supervisa for your MIL based on your wife's unemployment and your income?

You can be the co-signer if you meet LICO.

You can be the co-signer if you meet LICO.
so would my wife still meet the eligibility requirements of " the child needs to have the LICO income" since she will be the sponsor but has zero income? I understand I am eliglible to be the co-signer and can meet the income requirements but since my wife earns zero income can she be eligible to be the sponsor of her parents. Have you got the supervisa this way?

See the operations manual

Applicants must prove: proof of financial support by the child or grandchild. This means that the child or grandchild who invites the applicant must prove that their household meets the low income cut-off (LICO) Footnote 1. The Canadian or permanent resident spouse or common-law partner of the host child or grandchild may co-sign the invitation letter to meet the LICO minimum.
