Super Visa few questions -Help needed

All,
I am applying super visa for my father.
I have a couple of questions.

1. In my father's passport, Surname is blank, and the Given name is mentioned. while filling IMM forms, on Family name field should be blank or should I write "NOT APPLICABLE "

2. Document list asks for Letter of Invitation and Purpose of Travel, could it be the same ? with Super Visa I don't think we can buying return tickets in advance is a good idea.


Please help.
