Even if the actual Supervisa is valid only till April 2020?? I thought it was the CBSA Officer’s mistake to not see the passport and visa expiry date and just stamp it for 2 years.
The validity of a visa has nothing to do with status in Canada. There is no requirement to have a valid visa while in Canada. If there was, people with one-time entry visas would be illegal as soon as they got to Canada. CBSA determines status and length of stay upon entry.
The officer did not make a mistake. Her status is valid until Feb 2021.

As for my side,
SUPER VISA (PG-1) Expiry Date March 2020 (Old {Passport Expiry March 2020)
Arrived in Canada January 2019 (No Stamp from CBSA)
Renewed the Old Passport in Canada August 2019 (New Passport Expiry is July 2029)
This is her timeline, and now is her 1st year here in Canada, since her old passport with the Visa has no stamp, can she stay for up to 2021 ( 2 years) even though her SUPER VISA and OLD Passport will expire on March 2020?

Ok, So, this time the 2 years is not happening to us, because of her old passport.
So I guess you're right, their basis is only the old passport. This time, we will be using her new passport for her renewal.
We are very fully aware that the OLD invalid passport will nearly expire that is why we renewed it from the consulate, so now, she have a NEW passport with 10 yrs validity. And we asked the consulate if the OLD one is valid, they said it's not. The NEW passport, is of course, is her NEW passport, and this is the VALID one. But she need to keep the OLD because of the stamps that is within it.

I really don't know why you keep referring to the new passport. It is irrelevant. Status was issued upon entry based on the passport she had at entry. Her getting a new passport doesn't automatically extend the validity of her status with IRCC/CBSA.

Hi again, just wanted to confirm in my case. Our old passport with the actual visa also expires this April and new passport was issued in october 2019 but the stamp was issued till Feb 2021. So it is ok in my case with new passport, expired visa and valid stamp. Right?
