Paying an agent to process most immigration matters doesn’t actually lead to better outcomes in many cases especially for straightforward applications like TRVs. Save your money.
I got the medicals done at an approved center prior to submitting the application. At the end, they give you eMedical receipt with UMI number in it. While submitting the application you’ll have to upload this receipt in additional documents section while submitting the application.
If you’ve already submitted the application then I guess webform is the way to update this detail.

I submitted all the documents with my application. Later, I heard that we need to submit upfront medicals by raising a web form, so I did that as an additional step.
