Use this - search with your pincode, it will show who your MP is. And then it will also show the MP contact information. You can reach out by email or check on your MP's website if they have a specific process to raise such requests. For example, in our case they gave very specific steps on what/how details need to be shared including some basic forms as well (on our MP's website)
Edit - They can only check what's the current status, don't expect too much of information coming out of this.
Hello guys...both of my parents received super visa but my dad only got 2 yrs visa even though his passport is valid until 2028 same as my mom...but my mom got her visa until 2028...anyone else had same experience?
I applied for my parents' Super Visa yesterday i.e. Dec 23, 2021 and today I got the Biometric Instruction Letter. I was also able to obtain biometrics appointment on Jan 06, 2022 at VFS Bengaluru.
They have also completed their upfront medicals...so I am just hoping that the process goes faster and w/o any hiccups.

I have few question. Can you please help me in below?
1- As I am applying supervisa in Jan 2022, I do not have NOA for 2021. Should I wait or better to wait till Feb or can I submit my NOA for 2020?
2- Should we submit all pages of NOA or result of UFILE?
3-Re paystub, how many months should be submitted?
Re purpose of travel for supervisa, what did you put as an itenary plan for your parents supervisa? Did you purchase a ticket and should we include it? Thanks so much for your help

- If you don't have NOA, you can apply with other documents, e.g., pay stubs, T4, job offer letter, bank statement, etc.
2- Should we submit all pages of NOA or result of UFILE?
- Just download NOA from your myCRA account and submit it.
3-Re paystub, how many months should be submitted?
- Ideally, first 3 months of starting of your job, and last 3 months before visa application.
There is no financial section for my mom, should I include it with my dad's files?
- There should be a 'client info' link in your mom's section. Upload any documents you need there.
Also, how should I sign the form 5713, 5257, and 5645?
- You can sign documents digitally through Adobe reader. Watch youtube videos. There are tons of videos available to learn this.
BTW, if you apply online, you don't need to sign the documents. When you upload all the documents and submit the application, there will be a section for undertaking and declaration. Once you finish that section, it will be considered as 'signed' application. You will see this when you submit.
How do you mean by 'how early'?
Usually people apply for it well in advance of their prospective visit to Canada. Bear in mind that the process takes months. So apply as early as all the required documents are ready.
