As far as I know they are only concerned with contagious diseases like TB and diseases which may put burden on Canada's healthcare system. So these should not be your concern, rest depends on them.

I know some people who passed Medicals successfully with Diabetes. So. it depends on the level of sugar that person may have.

Can you please share the email format you sent for priority? If you cant post here can you DM me? Also did you email from your own email address (sponsor) or from your parents email address (applicant email)? I have sent this email two times now from my mum's account and waited for one month each time without any response.
 
Hi All,

Did anyone receive supervisa passport request recently from India? I am planning to withdraw my mother's visitor visa application and apply for supervisa as processing time shows only 43 days from India now. Visitor visa processing times are far longer.

Just want to make sure if they are processing supervisa applications at the moment or not.

Your guidance is highly appreciated.

Super visa is a type of visitor visa so not sure this applies to super visa or not. I hate when they put vague information and didn't even bother to send emails to applicant. Any one here reapplied supervisa?

By copying and pasting here, I provide what they wrote on Final decision section: "Your application was approved. You need to send us you valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details."

Here's the timeline:

Submission confirmed: April 12, 2021
Bio request: April 13, 2021
Bio submitted: June 30, 2021
Medical request: August 11, 2021
Medical submitted: August 27, 2021
Medical passed: Sep 7, 2021
PPR: Sep 9, 2021
