I applied Online for Visit to Sowp.
Cic Customer care agent says you cannot apply as inland applicant, you should have applied from New York office..
What should I do now ???

No, it just extension of respective WPs. TRV applications have to submitted and may take 7-14 days for processing.

I applied for BOWP on sep 9th. dnt know when will get approve. Some people saying they will issue ETA as well. No need to apply visa. so total confused.

They said same thing to us.... NOt sure what to dop.. already stayed over 6 months over visitor visa.....

Hi everyone
I have a question if anyone can help..
I applied my LMIA Exemption WP on August 2nd 2019 included my spouse who lives in India
I got approved on 15th November but my spouse application still in process even after 17 days of my approval
Can anyone suggest why is like that?
I was hoping both application will approve together

Congratulations! This is good news. We submitted last August 21st. Hopefully we will get the approval of my husband's SOWP extension and son's SP extension anytime soon.
