Closed Inland WP extension (ICT) Approved today. There was no update on profile till yesterday. Spose and kid's applications also approved.
DOA: 6 th April
Approval date : 29th Sept.

Hey guys my work permit got approved too. Didn’t get any mail or message. Logged into my GC account. It says application approved. I hope everyone’s application is processed soon.

Just an FYI. If anyone's wanting to know how long it takes to receive the hard copy. I got my approval letter on thursday and I got my WP in mail today. It was sent from Edmonton and I live in northern Alberta

After a peak of 197 days from last week, I see today that inland WP processing time is finally starting to decrease... 183 days now.

When there's no status or visibility from IRCC, this is a valuable resource.

Does anyone know how is IRCC prioritizing the work permit applications?
Is it a queue based on the country of citizenship, the country that you apply from and or the type of visa / work permit?

I applied for TRW with two dependents and still waiting since May 28,

You can call IRCC staff and update your addresses. It doesn't take much time post you connect them.

1. We will not get any soft copy of work permit online. We will only get an approval letter.
2. Like stated above, I would submit a web-form to indicate change of address. 2 days later talk with customer care to double check if they have the right address on file.

My work permit has been approved today including my spouse open work permit.
Application submitted on May 1st
Eligibility has been reviewed on Oct 1st.
Work permit was approved on Oct 2nd.
