Any October approval?

I applied for BOWP back on July 24, 2020.
Sent two web forms and they said it's still under processing.
Just called CIC and the rep said the same thing. It's been 150 days now. I see Sep applications processed and approved and mine hasn't changed.

Any one else with similar timelines?

Applied for a closed work permit extension on 15 December and got a letter today for approval until middle of April or till i get a decision on my file. For both my wife and I.

Its basically implied status until the decision is taken. Authorized as per subsection 186(u) which authorizes temporary residents to continue to work or study while their application for renewal of their work or study permit is processed by IRCC.

Hi!

I had applied for my spousal open work permit extension on 7th Oct. It got approved yesterday and I got the letter today. Hope this helps.
