Guys,

Need some guidance. I applied for my spouse closed wp extension and SOWP extension for myself in September from inside Canada.

I had to travel to my home country for some reasons but my spouse is still there in Canada and I would be traveling back to Canada soon.

Do I need to inform IRCC regarding my travel (that I left Canada) and should my address need to be changed to my home country address? It is really confusing bcos my spouse is still there in Canada.

You need to update your address only if you wish to have communication to your home country mailing address otherwise you're good. As your application is in progress, you will receive IRCC related further communication to your current mailing address only.
