Very informative thread. please keep posting.

Wanted to know whether Form-16 for all the employment years are mandatory to attach with the application? I was able to gather form-16 for all the employment years shown in my work history except for two work years.
Any other document can provide a replacement here?
Not mandatory, you can mention the reason in LOE.

Dear SME's

Been a while since I posted here.
I have CRS 432. Age 33
On this 25th I'm turning 34 Years. Will my CRS come down automatically to 427?....Or I'd need to manually do it?

Also any chance of the CRS coming down to 427 soon ....or I need to achieve CLB 10?.....please suggest.

Thanks in advance, you people are the best.

I think the CRS score is automatically calculated by the system. So on your birthday, the score will (unfortunately) go down by 5 points by default. CRS score trends is anybody's guess I suppose but the consensus in the forum seems to be that CRS might not go down as dramatically as last year. If you are currently less than CLB 9, might well be worth redoing IELTS. A CLB 9 could really bump up your score by at least 25 points (for foreign work experience), more if you hold a master's degree.

Hi seniors plzz reply my questions.
1. Do we will be given an invitation if our NOC is a regulated one? I mean if my NOC is regulated and do I will be asked to do regustration and all first and then I will be invited? Coz i came to know that registration or licensing for regulated occupation is only required if we want to do the job in our regulated profession. So my question is can i simply go and apply for express entry and get tge PR. Will CIC ask me to register before granting my PR?

2. What if an occupation has an MRA but not regulayed one ? Will I be asked to get my qualification recoginsed before PR?

Hello guys,

I really need your advice here.

I am sitting at 436 Crs right now and thinking of applying under EE BC PNP - International Student in next month.

1. Lets say, I got my job offer stating my working hours as 40 hours a week and what if I sometimes work less than 40 hours a week? Would it affect negatively on my PNP application?

2. Would it be possible to go on a travel abroad while my PNP application is on process? a minimum of 2 weeks and as longest 3 weeks?

Thank you!

Thank you Sidganesh.

I already am at CLB-9.
Looks like I'll have to reach CLB-10 ...this will give me a jump by 12 points + my spouse would also go for IELTS and try for 6 each if I meet this criteria ---I end up around 441-442

About CRS, I want to wait till 1st draw of April month because the number of ITA's issued so far are is less this year as compared to last year. If it does not come down by then I'll go for CLB 10 preparation.

Hi Friends,

Please guide me.

I have total 331 CRS score.... I failed to get 8777 ... my scores are L: 8, R : 7.5, S : 7.5, W : 6.5

my NOC is 1111

Could anyone please guide me which PNP is open as of now suitable for such NOC ?

I know I could upgrade my CRS by 50 points (correct me if wrong) by getting 8777.

In addition there would be some extra point if I get my spouse's WES assessment (process would take around 2 months)...

Which option do you suggest ? PNP or going for IELTS and wife's WES.... for which I would have to wait minimum 2 months ?

Regards.

As per my analysis, u shud definitely go for one more IELTS try. Give ur best.
As 8777 is giving u 50 more points to ur CRS, whats harm in giving one more try.
Do get ur wife also to give IELTS which also add up ur points.

And also, side-by-side, u can apply for SINP, NSNP and other PNP processes which u can search start arranging ur required docs.
Search ur NOC code in the PNP occupation list.

Hi there,

Even my occupation is in safety. I did my bachelors in pharmacy and have around 3 and half years of experience. Have you submitted your EOI. If not at points are you standing in crs calculator?

Hi there
I would like to know if my payslips, bank statements, job offer and letter from employers stating my job description, hours, salary etc are enough supporting documents to prove my work experience. Do I have to provide my tax returns ? Thanks in advance
