hi all
I always had this dream to go and live to Canada (but for the moment look like this is going to be only dream) because when I check my eligibility by doing this CIC quiz
it's negative i don't know why?
Age 33 years old
I'm married (she is 23 years old)
My Education Credential is only College (Italian professional college)
16 years work experience (even the last two years at UK, in this way should be English professional and working outside country)
I can get IELT test because I live to UK and something which can be easy
I think my job it's request over there like any where else (I checked for that I'm sure)
Which I'm going to ask please can someone tell me why is negative my eligibility??
And if I have some chance to go in Canada??
Many Thanks

Decline ITA. Even if your score is not updated, they will check your BDay and they will calculate your points accordingly.

From what I see, if you would get through then under Federal skilled trades. Ok, what is education level of your wife and what is her English. What is your trade profession (if there is a trade there)? You also need to choose your education according to that carefully. good luck

my wife she doesn't not have work experience (for that I apply principal applicant) my NOC in Canada is 9417 (last question please if I try to find job I get only 50 point)

HEY! BE SMART. DON'T JUST TAKE ADVICE FROM SOMONE YOU DON'T KNOW, NEVER MET ONLINE. THAT ITA IS PRECIOUS. I WILL SUGGEST YOU GET THE FINAL WORD FROM CIC.
WHY DON'T YOU EMAIL THEM AND ASK THEM WHAT YOU SHOULD DO???
DECLINING AN ITA MIGHT BE THE WORSE MISTAKE YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE IN LIFE.
CONTACT CIC AND ASK. ITS NOT YOUR MISTAKE ANYWAY IS IT??? THEIR CALCULATOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIX THAT.
GOOD LUCK :'( :'(

Wrong, you are responsible to check all properly. even if they have calculation problem in the software (deducting points for your age too late), they will follow the law and instructions. And they state, that you get points according your age at the day of ITA and not according to what their own website is showing at the day of ITA.
The only way he could accept that ITA would be to get more points from soemwhere else (for example better IELTS, TEF results or better TEF results...). But attention those certificates (or ECA) must be valid and less than 2 years old at the day of ITA and also at the day of AOR.

What am I wrong for??? Telling someone to be careful and seek final word from CIC???
You seem to know too much for your own good, BUT does that mean it's right/ true?
There is nothing wrong in seeking advice/ final word from CIC rather than taking your word for it, is it???
I would recommend the same to him/ her if I truly cared. Do you??

He can contact CIC (and good luck to get through and get somebody that would actually answer him sensibly), however the instruction here is rather clear. According to what he stated, he got invitation by a mistake. It is not his fault that he got it. But he would be responsible to accept and send out his application if he could not prove minimum CRS points.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp
Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when
the Invitation to Apply (ITA) was issued; or
the e-APR was received by IRCC.
When reviewing an application, processing offices must determine if
the applicant possesses the qualifications that they declared in their e-APR, as corroborated by the applicant’s supporting documentation; and
when the applicant submits their e-APR, the information provided in their Express Entry profile has not materially changed to the degree that the applicant would not have been issued an ITA in that round of invitations.
Accordingly, officers should refuse an application under section A11.2 if it is determined that
at the time of the ITA or e-APR, the applicant did not or does not meet the MEC, which includes the requirements of the program to which they were invited to apply; or
the applicant’s recalculated CRS score has fallen below that of the lowest-ranked candidate invited to apply in that round of invitations.
hello,
i recreated my ee profile yesterday and i got NOI from ontario today. my present crs score with my ielts score L8, S7.5, R7.5, W6.5 is 403. Although i have just book to write another ielts exam on the 13th of may before receiving the NOI. now i am confused . my concerns are;
1) what are my options now?
2) is there a deadline for applying to oinp after recieving NOI
3) and can i just wait and write my ielts next month and see the result before i decide to apply to oinp or not.

Your NOI is valid 6 months if it is for Human priorities stream. You have still time to see if you will get better IELTS score and improve your CRS.

Hi All,
I have the same reference letter as described in the cic website. I have working experience of two years in the UK, however I did this work on study visa during my MBA in UK where I was legally allowed to work 20 Hours per week but I was working more than 30 hours per week and it is mentioned on my reference letter as well along with the other details. Can this create a problem for me?. Will the visa officers be checking or asking about my visa status or visa proof for Uk. Please advice whether to include this experience or not.
Anyway I have one year working experience in my current job to qualify for EE profile. My IELTS score is L: 8, R :7 W: 7, S: 7.5 and my age is 29.
Would be grateful for a prompt response.
Thanks in advance
Hello folks need some help
I have done engineering and currently I am working as food service supervisor (Nov 6311).
So, my question is my work experience is not related to my field of study but it is in Skill B category.
So, still I can apply for express entry or no?
