Suggestions Needed to re-apply

I have completed my MBA in 2011 and doing job i a private bank my ielts score is 6.5. My total expenses mentioned on my letter was 25400 CAD. I showed a bank statement of 25000 CAD and paid the registration deposit of 1135 CAD and applied through online application from pakistan my visa is refused now i want to apply again in same progect management graduate certificate (FLEMING COLLEGE).

Now i have a bank statement of 41000 CAD (15200 CAD LOAN)

REASONS OF REFUSAL WERE

Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, I am not satisfied that you:

have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and
any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit
your personal assets and financial status.

please suggest what more should i do to get the visa i want to try my luck again and i am sure Allah will do the best for me.

Yes you can Re apply , But this time you have to convince the VO that you can truly support yourself without working in canada and shows enough money on bank statement. the funds you about to show now does make sense , thats enough i think and as you paying part of the tuition fees.

Now VO is concern if you will leave canada on completion of your studies.

You will need show strong ties to you home countries , as what will bring you back to your country.

Family, Properties document belonging to you or parents, Maybe getting a letter from your work place that your big is still available for you after completiong of your studies. You need work very hard on this 2. sufficient funds and Ties . for the funds i think you have done better now.

Make a very strong SOP.....you will get it this time
