Dear All,

I have applied under FSW2 and my Visa office is Delhi. My ecas is showing "In Process" since 13/5/2010 and also I have got VO call at home and inquired about my Canada Visit from him and about my working Comapny. I had gone to Canada official in the year 2007 and got Visa invitation from my X Company (Group Company) but I am working with Y Company. I have given reference letter of Y company (where I am working from last 16 years) with my P.R. file. So they clear ask from my spouse about my working company? and she replied the name of Y company and they again asked then what is this X company then she replied that it is branch company. This inquiry was come on 13/5/2010 and from that date my ecas changed to "In Process" from "Recd. by Visa Office".

Further I am also having 10 years active visa of USA on my passport for which I got invitation on behalf of my Y company. What effect would it come on my case good or bad. Kindly give your valuable views?

Actually I do not see anything makes you worry. From what you have just said, it shows that you have a very successful work experience history with a very clear given information to CHC. I think you will be getting your visa very fast.

No it will not be a problem at all. Your case is very similar to mine so don't worry till the time the work experience is legitimate, you will get the visa.

There will no problem in your application, you have a valid visa for USA and you have never been refused or deported from any other country so having an active USA visa will not effect your application infact it will put up a good impression.
