The best option for you is to improve your result in IELTS to get those 2 points or if you have any relative in Canada that can give you 5 points or if you get married then you can claim points for spouse education.
if u will Practice real hard by taking self tests, by sitting in an environment similar to exam hall,
by using a clock, im sure u will get 7+ bands in writing.
issue is possibly with ur Writing pattern and vocab.
buy Ielts coaching material for self tests and Preparation,
read books, newspapers.
just enrich ur database of english words.
don t forget to practice on Listening and Reading, u r on the edge there, so remain strong on them too.

total is 65 points so if you retake IELTS and acheive the maximum in writing your points will be 67.
another solution is to get married with a girle that obtained a bachelor degree she will give you 4 points.

Increase your writing to 8 and Speaking to 8,that should be enough to cover the two points.
Resist the idea of marrying someone just for immigration purposes.
