Hello All,

I had a clarification regarding the submission of an application 'in person' for a Work Permit at the Canadian consulate NY city location.

If the applicant himself is unable to come in person to submit the application, can his friend/spouse submit it on his behalf. If yes, does the friend/spouse need to carry any additional form or letter signed by applicant. Or is it required that the applicant needs to submit the application himself only.

I would be grateful if you could please advise.
